2027 Nominations are now open.

Nomination form and letters of recommendations must be completed and submitted digitally by 12:00 PM CT on Friday, October 16, 2026.
Mail-in and email applications will NOT be accepted. The PDF version of the application provided is solely for reference only. PDF Link
No other attachments, beside letters of recommendations, will be accepted as part of the nomination form.
Letters of recommendation are limited to three (3) total. Each letter is limited to one (1) page and must be written in a size 12 font to ensure legibility. Letters can be uploaded as PDFs at the end of the application.
The selected EOY will be notified mid-November 2026.

VI. EOY Commitment Agreement
Download, sign, scan and load EOY Commitment Agreement if you are the EOY applicant. If nominee is unaware they are being nominated, please use your best judgment that the nominee will be able to uphold commitments as outlined and upload a blank commitment form to be signed by the nominee at a later date. If unable to fulfill the Engineer of the Year commitments, please note the nominee may be dismissed from consideration.
